There’s a moment at the end of the day when the kettle goes on and everything slows down. This is the tea for that moment. Choose one of our evening presets, or pick any three herbs you love and we’ll blend them by hand, in equal parts, into a 50g jar that’s yours alone. Soft florals, fresh lemon, cool mint and mellow, earthy notes: six gentle botanicals that all sit beautifully together, so there’s no wrong way to make your cup.

How it works

• Choose a preset: one of six blends we’ve put together, each named for the kind of evening it suits.
• Or pick any 3: choose three herbs from the six below, and we’ll blend them in equal parts.
• Your blend is mixed by hand once your order comes in, and packed into a 50g jar.

The herbs

• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla): soft & comforting. Gentle, apple-like and floral, a timeless evening cup.
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): floral & relaxing. Fragrant and aromatic, with a soft purple calm.
• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis): fresh & lemony. Bright, green and uplifting, with a soft citrus note.
• Rose Petals (Rosa damascena): delicate & floral. Light and gently sweet, a comforting, romantic touch.
• Peppermint (Mentha × piperita): cool & refreshing. Crisp and clean, a lovely finish after dinner.
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata): earthy & mellow. Mild and grassy, traditionally enjoyed in the evening.

Our presets

• 🌙 Sleep / Bedtime: Chamomile, Lavender and Passionflower. Our most evening-ready cup, soft, floral and mellow.
• 🤍 Gentle Calm: Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Rose. Soft and quietly sweet, with a hint of lemon.
• 💜 Floral Relaxation: Chamomile, Lavender and Rose. A garden of flowers in one cup.
• 🍋 Fresh & Calm: Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Peppermint. Gentle and lemony, with a cool, clean finish.
• 🌿 Evening Wind-Down: Lavender, Lemon Balm and Passionflower. Floral, fresh and earthy, for the end of a long day.
• 🌹 Garden Breeze: Lavender, Peppermint and Rose. Floral and fragrant, lifted by a breath of cool mint.

How to brew

• Use about 2–3g (1–2 teaspoons) of your blend per cup
• Pour over freshly boiled water
• Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, a little longer for a fuller flavour
• Strain, settle in and enjoy

Enjoy 1–2 cups a day, ideally as part of your evening wind-down.

Your three chosen herbs, in equal parts. The herbs in your blend are listed when you choose it, and on your jar label.

Good to know

• 50g jar, hand-blended in small batches. That’s about 16–25 cups, depending on how strong you like it.
• Not recommended if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Blends containing passionflower may cause drowsiness; avoid before driving or operating machinery.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, in a sealed jar.
• Our herbs are natural, dried botanicals, so colour, aroma and flavour can differ slightly from batch to batch.
